About introduction of brands of the excise duty of new sample with holographic protective elements for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the excise duty on alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" and in pursuance of the paragraph of the eleventh Item 1 of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 27, 2002 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides N1234 "About Measures concerning Introduction of the State Monopoly in the field of Control of Production and the Address of Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products":

1. Enter brands of the excise duty of new sample with holographic protective elements for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products since July 1, 2003.

2. State Tax Administration:

sign till May 1, 2003 the agreement with the state specialized enterprise of the Ministry of Finance on production of brands of the excise duty of new sample with holographic protective elements for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products and provide their production till June 1, 2003;

provide sale of brands of the excise duty of new sample with holographic protective elements for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products since June 25, 2003;

provide carrying out with condition for November 1, 2003 inventory count of brands of the excise duty of the previous sample at the seller of brands, at the manufacturing companies, at importers of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and also remaining balance of the alcoholic and tobacco products marked by excise stamps of the previous sample at the manufacturing companies, at importers and at subjects of business activity which perform wholesale and retail trade by them;
