1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 540 "About approval of Rules of transportation of passengers, baggage and loads on air transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12115, it is published on November 11, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of transportation of the passengers, baggage and loads on air transport approved by the specified order:

state Item 59 in the following edition:

"59. To each passenger having the ticket, except for the minor passengers transported without provision of the certain place in salon free transportation of hand luggage and baggage weighing no more than 20 kilograms is established. The total weight of the hand luggage brought in inside of the aircraft and its limiting dimensions is established by carrier.

Increase in weight of free of charge transported baggage and establishment of other privileges is allowed at the discretion of carrier.

Provisions of this Item do not extend to the carrier determined by authorized body in the field of civil aviation. Such carrier independently establishes the weight, dimensions and regulations of free transportation of hand luggage and baggage.".

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
