About introduction of amendments to the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008

Art. I. - In the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 361-369, 673), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 1 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) the Service submits to the President of the Republic of Moldova.".
2. In Article 6:

5. Part (Article 9 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) the Structure and number of personnel of Service affirm the presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova.".
6. Item b) Article 10 to state in the following edition:
"b) develops and submits for approval to the President of the Republic of Moldova structure and number of personnel of Service;".
7. Part (Article 17 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) the Highest special ranks, and also special ranks are appropriated to the director of Service and the deputy director of Service by the presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova.".
