1. To change appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 105 of July 28, 2016 about approval of some forms concerning change of term as follows:
In Item 12:
- in the subitem six to replace the phrase of "Chapter VIII of the Law on pledge No. 449-XV of 30.07.2001" with the phrase "provided by the Civil code";
- in litas. d) the subitem seven "The law on pledge No. 449-XV of 30.07.2001" to replace the phrase with the phrase "provisions of the Civil code".
2. This order is subject to publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
