Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 24, 1996 No. 132-FZ "About bases of tourist activities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5491; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2007, No. 7, Art. 833; 2010, No. 32, Art. 4298; 2012, No. 19, Art. 2281; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3946; 2016, No. 10, Art. 1323; 2017, No. 1, Art. 6; 2018, No. 7, Art. 976; No. 17, Art. 2420; No. 24, Art. 3416) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in the paragraph the second the word", religious" to exclude;

b) in paragraph ten the word", religious" to exclude;

Article 2 to add 2) with part five of the following content:

"Operation of this Federal Law does not extend to the pilgrim activities performed by the religious organizations and to making and the organization by pilgrims of own pilgrim trips according to the Federal Law of September 26, 1997 No. 125-FZ "About liberty of conscience and about religious associations".";

Article 10 to add 3) with parts twelve - the fourteenth the following content:
