Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 7; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3737; 2011, No. 24, Art. 3358; 2012, No. 43, Art. 5781; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4031; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4223, 4279; 2017, No. 49, Art. 7330; 2018, No. 52, Art. 8097) following changes:

Item 3.1 of article 4 after words of "electronic instruments of payment" to add 1) with words ", including by means of information and telecommunication networks, including Internet network, and also means of communication, including means of mobile communication,";
