The data on state registration of death specified in the paragraph the second Item 1 of this Article containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations, and data on introduction of corrections or changes in record of acts of death containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations are provided within interdepartmental interaction at the request of the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation (concerning the investors of credit institutions who are participants of system of compulsory deposit insurance in banks of the Russian Federation, creditors of the credit or not credit financial institutions concerning which the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation performs powers of the liquidator or the receiver in case of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the specified organizations), to non-state pension fund (concerning members of the relevant non-state pension fund and their legal successors under agreements of non-state pension provision, insured persons and their legal successors under agreements on mandatory pension insurance) or insurance company (concerning insured persons and beneficiaries according to the insurance contracts signed by the relevant insurance company).";
