About change of the Order No. 284 of April 19, 2012 on departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration, financial institutions and the State Treasury

Due to the changes of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997 according to the Law No. 281 of 16.12.2016 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 947), for the purpose of increase in efficiency of tax administration and based on Art. 133 of the h. (1) c) of the Tax code I ORDER to the item:

1. The order No. 284 of 19.04.2012 on departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration, financial institutions and the State Treasury to change and add following:

1) Item 6 of the Order changes and stated in the following edition:

"Responsibility for accomplishment of this order is conferred on chiefs of division of the State Tax Administration and the administrator GP "Fiscservinform";

2) the Instruction about departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and the State Treasury is reworded as follows (appendix to this order);

3) In appendix No. 1 to the Instruction about departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and State treasury, heading of the Standard agreement expression "Is approved the Main state tax authorities" is replaced on "Is approved the State Tax Administration";
