aiming by means of regular exchange of information about the goods and vehicles of international delivery moved through customs borders of the Eurasian Economic Union and the People's Republic of China to prevent, reveal and stop violations of the international treaties and acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the People's Republic of China regulating customs legal relationship
intending to simplify customs procedures, to promote acceleration of making of customs transactions and carrying out customs control of the moved goods and vehicles of international delivery,
supporting efforts on mutual interface of the Eurasian Economic Union and initiative "One belt, One way", on creation of the international logistical channels between the People's Republic of China, the Eurasian Economic Union and Europe,
being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,
