About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in Item 2 of Article 321 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017) the following changes:

1) subitem 1 after words of "Chapter of state members" to add with words ", heads of governments of state members";

2) in subitem 2 of the word "heads of governments" to exclude;

3) the subitem 5 after the words "Administration of the President of the Republic of Armenia" to add with the words "Head of Administration of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia", after words "protection of the President of the Republic of Armenia," to add with the words "head of the security service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia";

The word "defenses" to replace 4) in subitem 8 with the word "safety".

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of accomplishment by state members of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force.

It is made in Nour-Sultan's city on May 29, 2019 in one authentic copy in Russian.

The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in the Eurasian economic commission which, being depositary of the this Protocol, will send to each state member its verified copy.
