About measures for further enhancement of tariff policy on separate types of fuel and energy resources

For the purpose of mitigation of impact on consumers of the expected transition to market mechanisms of realization of the fuel and energy resources and their rational use, ensuring proportionality in price fixation on fuel and energy resources providing their acceptability and the balanced development of the companies of fuel and energy complex with achievement of profitability of their production, and also further enhancement of tariff policy in this sphere the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that:

since June 1, 2019 concerning the organizations which activities are not performed at the expense of means of the republican and local budgets which did not replace obsolete and uneconomical package boilers the raising coefficient to applicable fares on payment for the used natural gas decreases with 2,0 to 1,2, except the organizations rendering to the population services of heat supply and hot water supply;

the requirement for implementation of calculations for electrical energy for the differential tariffs does not extend to the water supplying organizations with the attached capacity of 750 kVA and above;

partnerships of private homeowners and the utility and operational organizations are calculated for the electrical energy used for all-house needs based on the agreement of electric utility service according to indications of the metering devices established in accounting point on limit of the Section of balance sheet accessory of power network on the rate established for residential customers;

the rate for electrical energy established for residential customers is applied to the departmental and municipal housing stock, hostels of legal entities and family companies using electrical energy for the purpose of electric utility service of the population, and also the local boiler rooms using electrical energy for needs of the population;
