About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About ID Cards"

Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of November 30, 2011 ZR-286-N "About ID cards" (further - the Law) to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. Person sentenced to imprisonment or arrested has the right to receive the ID card respectively by means of administration of criminal and executive organization or the place of content of arrested, and the citizen sentenced to imprisonment or arrested who received short-term departure - in accordance with general practice.".

Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:

1) the second offer of part 2 to state in the following edition: "The interim certificate can be also granted to the citizens sentenced to the imprisonment or arrested by means of administration of criminal and executive organization or the place of content of arrested and sentenced to imprisonment or the arrested citizen which received short-term departure - in accordance with general practice.";

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. If on the bases established by the law, the administration of criminal and executive organization or the place of content of detainees took at sentenced to imprisonment, the arrested or the detained citizen the interim certificate or the ID card, then at the request of the last in connection with the conclusion of civil transactions the administration shall grant it the interim certificate or the ID card.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
