About measures for determination of the Navoiy region by the free economic zone for innovative, high, export-oriented and import-substituting technology productions
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for business, development of innovative entrepreneurship and the high-technology industry, and also creation of additional capacities in deep conversion of mineral raw material resources and production competitive on internal and the foreign markets of products in the territory of the Navoiy region:
1. Determine the territory of the Navoiy region the free economic zone for innovative, high, export-oriented and import-substituting technology productions for the period till January 1, 2030 with possibility of the subsequent prolongation of term in accordance with the established procedure.
2. Determine that:
the participant status of the free economic zone of Navoiy (further - SEZ "Navoiy") with compact placement of productions in the territories with the available or easily created infrastructure is provided to the companies realizing in territorial borders of the Navoiy region investment projects on creation of innovative, high, export-oriented and import-substituting technology productions;
termination with participants of SEZ "Navoiy" of investment agreements, suspension and deprivation of their participant status of SEZ "Navoiy" in case of failure to carry out of the undertaken investment obligations are made exclusively judicially.
3. Grant the right to Administrative board of special economic and small industrial zones of the Navoiy region independently to determine again realized investment projects as innovative, high, export-oriented and import-substituting technology productions and provide them participant status of SEZ "Navoiy" in the presence of the positive conclusion of Directorate of SEZ "Navoiy".
