For the purpose of implementation of qualitatively new system of forming of investing programs, ensuring unconditional, timely and high-quality execution of the Investing program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019, implementation of effective mechanisms of monitoring of investment projects, investment attraction in industries of economy and the social sphere, strengthening of the personal responsibility of heads of state bodies, organizations and hokim of all levels in this sphere:
1. Determine that since 2020 the Investing program of the Republic of Uzbekistan is created for the three-year period with annual refining and updating of its main indicators based on the approved concepts and development programs of industries and regions, decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
