About modification and amendments in Regulations on requirements to credit policy of commercial banks

1. Make change and additions to the Regulations on requirements to credit policy of commercial banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 22, 2000 No. 429 (рег. No. 905 of March 2, 2000) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 5), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its official publication.

Change and additions made to Regulations on requirements to credit policy of commercial banks

1. To add Item 2 paragraph two after the words "ratio between" with words "long-term and".

2. In Item 2.9:

from paragraph one the third offer to exclude;

add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"The procedure of payments of all-in cost of the consumer loan and loan issued to physical persons is determined according to appendix to this Provision.";
