Establish the gas price according to the bargain concluded between KazRosGaz limited liability partnership and the organization - "GAZPROM Schweiz AG" authorized by Gazprom public joint stock company in case of realization of the processed gas of the Karachaganak field for export in 2018 for ensuring domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan with gas by counter deliveries in 2018 on the terms of DAP border the Republic Kazakhstan / the Russian Federation, Alexandrov Guy gas-measuring station in amount to 5989751958 cubic meters at the following prices:

1) for the gas of the Uzbek origin delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan/the Republic of Kazakhstan of 1947270852 cubic meters during the period from January 1 to August 20, 2018 at the price of 3 803 Russian rubles for 1000 cubic meters;

2) for the gas of the Uzbek origin delivered on border the Republic of Uzbekistan/the Republic of Kazakhstan of 924978227 cubic meters during the period from August 21 to December 31, 2018 at the price of 3932 Russian rubles for 1000 cubic meters;
