About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006

Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247) DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), to make the following changes:

In all text of the Provision of the word "payment service provider" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 1) "the payment service provider in the territory of the Republic of Moldova" in the corresponding grammatical form;
