About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on Item and) parts (3) article 31 of the Law No. 119/2018 on medicines of veterinary appointment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 468) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 942/2010 about approval of the Veterinary sanitary standard prohibiting use of substances with hormonal and thyreostatic action and beta agonists in case of cultivation of animals (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 202-205, 1036) to make the following changes:

Formula of adoption of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"Based on the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), the Law No. 78/2004 on foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 83-87, 431) and the Law No. 119/2018 on medicines of veterinary appointment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 468) DECIDES: the Government";

2) in Veterinary sanitary standard:

a) the words "delivery to the market" in any case shall be replaced with words "introduction on the market" in the corresponding case;

b) the words "veterinary medicines" in any case shall be replaced with words "medicines of veterinary appointment" in the corresponding case;

c) to state formula of harmonization in the following edition:
