1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital:
1) for the National operator of mail - 1 (one) one billion tenges;
2) for the mortgage organizations:
from Date of Introduction in operation of this resolution - according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About joint-stock companies";
since December 29, 2006 - 100 (hundred) million tenges;
since December 31, 2007 - 300 (three hundred) million tenges;
since December 31, 2008 - 800 (eight hundred) million tenges;
3) for the organizations performing banking loan activities, except for brokers and (or) dealers with the right of account management of clients as the nominee holder, and also except for specified in subitems of 1)-2) of this Item of the resolution - since April 1, 2008 - 300 (three hundred) million tenges; since December 31, 2008 - 800 (eight hundred) million tenges;
