About creation of public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 29.08.2022 No. 474

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 29.08.2022 No. 474

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 29.08.2022 No. 474

5. Establish the number of staff of employees of public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 15 established posts, without technical and junior service personnel.

6. Transfer to public institution "Center of public-private partnership" under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic from Agency on promotion and protection of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic of 4 established posts with financing and the corresponding technical supply.

7. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.11.2021 No. 264
