In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018 No. PP-4059 "About measures for further development of systems of technical regulation, standardization, certification and metrology", for the purpose of creating favorable conditions to subjects of entrepreneurship, increase in competitiveness of domestic production, and also increase in efficiency of activities of the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Agree with offers of the Uzbek agency of standardization, metrology and certification (further - the Uzstandart Agency), the Ministries of Economy and Industry, the Ministries of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan about introduction of procedure according to which:
subjects of entrepreneurship which are granted the right of implementation of confirmation of conformity of products made by them in the Republic of Uzbekistan by declaring perform payment of lump one-time sum payment for use of mark of conformity upon realization of the made declared products for the end of calendar year;
domestic enterprises - winners of the Award of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States "For achievements in the field of product quality and services" are exempted from payment of lump one-time sum payment for use of mark of conformity for action of the certificate of conformity on the nominated products;
2. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 12, 2018 No. PP-4059 "About measures for further development of systems of technical regulation, standardization, certification and metrology":
the Department on ensuring compliance with the legislation in the field of technical regulation, standardization, certification and metrology (further - Department) with abolition of managements of standardization and metrology of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent is formed;
