In paragraph one of Item 5 of Rules of payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered in special part of the individual personal accounts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 711 "About approval of Rules of payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered in special part of individual personal accounts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, of the Art. 4484), the words "territorial authority of Fund for the place of his residence" shall be replaced with words "any territorial authority of Fund for the choice".
