Article 1
In the Water code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 3, Article 135; 1999, No. 8, Article 476; 2002, No. 5, Article 237; 2003, No. 1, Article 10; 2004, No. 2, Article 57; 2006, No. 11, Article 923; 2007, No. 5, Article 436, No. 10, Article 938; 2008, No. 2, Article 47; 2015, No. 2, Article 72, No. 4, Article 357; 2017, No. 9, Article 1631; 2019, No. 1, Article 20) to make the following changes:
1.1. add Article 23 with the third part of the following content:
