1. These rules determine procedure for disconnection of capital construction project from networks of gas distribution, thermal networks, power networks, water supply and sewer systems (further - networks of engineering facilities) in case of asset demolition of capital construction.
2. These rules do not extend to cases of asset demolition of capital construction for the purpose of construction of new capital construction project, reconstruction of capital construction project.
3. When implementing disconnection of capital construction project from networks of engineering facilities (except for water supply and sewer systems) according to these rules the requirements to procedure for interruption in supply (consumption) for appropriate resource in capital construction project established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of gas supply, heat supply and about power industry also shall be fulfilled.
4. Disconnection of capital construction project from networks of engineering facilities in connection with its demolition is performed based on the decision of the owner of capital construction project or the builder on asset demolition of capital construction or in the cases provided by the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, other Federal Laws based on the judgment or local government body.
