About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About breeding case in livestock production of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About breeding case in livestock production of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 4, the Art. 355) the following changes:

The paragraph of the eighth part 2 of Article 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"-implementation in practice of achievements of science in the field of breeding case, their promotion among subjects of breeding case;";

Article 5 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 5. State support of subjects of breeding case

The state support of the subjects of breeding case which received the status of the breeding plant and breeding farm is performed according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by financing at the expense of the government budget.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
