1. "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" to state Item 31 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 to No. 714 in the following edition:
"31. If carrying out the exchange biddings on purchase of goods when constructing facilities according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2019 No. 223 "About purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction" is obligatory, purchases of the goods included in the list when constructing facilities are performed at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
