About application of the special simplified procedures of customs clearance and control

2. To customs authorities:

- at check points to make customs clearance of goods in priority procedure;

- when implementing the goods delivery for temporary storage on warehouse of the receiver of goods to write out the document of control of delivery according to the established requirements of the customs legislation;

- make customs goods inspection, moved according to the special simplified procedure, on condition of use of criteria of risks, in case of respect for the principle of optionality and according to Article 320 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
