Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 2, 2007 No. 873 "About approval of Rules of use (establishment, placement) National Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, and also the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 36, the Art. 410) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of use (establishment, placement) National Flag, the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their images, and also the text of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Procedure for use (establishment, placement) National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

"4. National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be used (to be established, take place) physical persons and legal entities for the purpose of expression of patriotic feelings, the Kazakhstan identity, support of achievements of the country, her citizens within the public actions and actions of individual expression.
National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan, irrespective of its sizes, shall conform to the national standard. Use of National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan with violation of requirements of the national standard is not allowed by physical persons and legal entities. National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan cannot be used by physical persons and legal entities as subject for violation.";
