1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.01.2024 No. 45

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2010 No. 508 "About creation of "Kazakhstan Institute of Development of the Industry" joint-stock company (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 36, the Art. 294) the following amendments:

add Item 2 with subitems 31) – 42) the following content:

"31) holding actions for promotion of export of the domestic processed goods, services;

32) interaction with state bodies, members (shareholders) of managing companies, managing companies of special economic and industrial zones, participants of special economic and industrial zones concerning registration of participants of special economic and industrial zones, financing and development of infrastructure of special economic and industrial zones;

33) entering into authorized body of suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special economic and industrial zones;

34) trust management of the shares in the authorized capital (shares) of managing companies of special economic and industrial zones belonging to the state;

35) maintaining the unified register of participants of special economic zones;

36) issue of the certificate certifying registration of person as the participant of special economic zone;
