ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development, the conclusion and monitoring of implementation of investment agreements on strategic investment projects
(Extraction)

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 28.06.2023 No. 439)

Based on part (3) article 12-1 of the Law No. 81/2004 on investments into business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 64-66, 344) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for development, the conclusion and monitoring of implementation of investment agreements on strategic investment projects it (is applied).

2. In the Order of the Government No. 585/2016 about Council for promotion of investment projects of national value (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 134-139, 643) to make the following changes:

Appendix No. 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 585/2016

Structure of Council for promotion of investment projects of national value

Prime Minister, chairman of the board

Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, vice-chairman of Council

CEO of Public organization "Investments Agency", secretary of Council

Minister of Finance

Minister of Justice

Minister of Internal Affairs

Minister of Agriculture, regional development and environment

Bashkan of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia

CEO of Customs Service

CEO of the Agency of land relations and inventory

The director of the State Tax Administration in subordination of the Ministry of Finance

The director of Bureau of migration and shelter in subordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) add Item 3 with the following offer: "In this Provision the strategic investment projects which are selected by Council based on the criteria developed and approved by it for the purpose of the subsequent monitoring are considered as investment projects of national value";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The main functions of Council are:
