1. Establish since October 1, 2019 procedure according to which the publishing houses specializing in the edition of children's literature and also products intended for persons with disability are exempted from payment of the state fee for licensing for implementation of publishing activities.
2. Recognize unsatisfactory activities of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places in the field of interaction with mass media and informing the population.
