For the purpose of forming of favorable conditions for attraction of foreign investments, first of all straight lines, the organization of modern high technology productions, creations of new workplaces and increase on this basis of the income of the population of the city of Bekabada the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of khokimiyat of the Tashkent region, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan on expansion of the territory of the free economic zone Angren (further - SEZ "Angren") due to accession of the parcels of land of nonagricultural purpose of the city of Bekabada of the Tashkent region.
2. Take into consideration that:

3. To provide to khokimiyat of the Tashkent region:
together with the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time - development of the master plan of the attached territory of SEZ "Angren" at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
consideration in accordance with the established procedure administrative board of special economic zones and small industrial zones in the Tashkent region of documentation of perspective investment projects regarding placement them in the attached territory of SEZ "Angren".
