Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 1166 "About establishment for the population of gas prices, rates for electrical and heat energy, approval of costs per unit of the utilities rendered to the population gazo-and the power supplying organizations of the Department of Energy and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from the name of the word "and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this resolution it (is applied);
1.3. to state item 4 of appendix 3 to this resolution in the following edition:
"4. Electrical energy:
4.1. straight-line rate (including regarding use of electrical energy for needs of heating and hot water supply) 1 kW · the p 0,1921
4.2. the differential tariff on two temporary periods: minimum demands (from 22:00 to 17.00) "0,1345 of maximum demands (from 17:00 to 22.00)" 0,3842
4.3. the differential tariff on three temporary periods: minimum demands (from 23:00 to 6.00) "0,1153 of maximum demands (from 17:00 to 23.00)" 0,3458 the rest of the time of days of "0,1345".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2019.
