Regulations of Admission, accounting, inspection from the point of view of radiation and potential of explosion of waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals and the requirement to source of their obtaining affirm the body (organization) approved by relevant organ of the executive authority. Acceptance of waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, with unknown source of obtaining, obtaining is established in the illegal way of which, without requirement of identity documents at the physical persons including which did not undergo inspection from the point of view of radiation and potential of explosion, and also implementation of activities for acceptance of the specified waste by subjects of entrepreneurship, whose objects for melting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and receipt of alloys as a result of it were not registered by the state register as potentially dangerous objects, creates responsibility.".
