About amendment of the Order GGNI No. 379 of March 15, 2017 about approval of forms about application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability

For the purpose of ensuring effective tax administration on execution of Art. 227 and Art. 230 of the Tax code concerning ensuring repayment of the tax liability and based on Art. 1323 of h (10) the Tax code I ORDER:

I. The order of the Main state tax authorities No. 379 of March 15, 2017 about approval of forms about application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability to change and add as follows:

1. "Personal estate" to add item 4 after syntagma with the words "as well as money which will be (future)";

2. Add the order with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. If it was seized as measure of ensuring repayment of the tax liability the money which is on bank accounts upon the demand of the taxpayer and from written consent of the State Tax Administration the financial institution transfers money which it is seized on account of repayment of the tax liability".

3. In appendix No. 2 after the words "available for date _______" to add with the words "or will be available in the future".

II. Provide to legal management publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
