About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017

For ensuring proper tax administration, according to Item 13) parts (1) article 133 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of December 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release of February 8, 2007), with the subsequent amendments and changes, I ORDER:

1. To change the instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017 as follows:

a) exclude item 106;

b) to exclude the phrase "and supporting documents (rights of possession, property employment, agreements on delivery in use, etc.)" from item 107;

c) change appendix No. 15 according to appendix to this order.

2. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
