About additional measures for liquidation and restructuring of economically insolvent companies
For the purpose of increase in the economic responsibility of the companies for results of the activities, strengthening of their financial position, liquidation, restructuring and transformation to other patterns of ownership of economically insolvent business entities the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Agree with the offer of Government commission on bankruptcy and sanitation of the companies, the State Property Committee, Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies under the Ministry of macroeconomic and statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
about initiation of insolvency proceeding of economically insolvent companies according to appendix No. 1 *;

about privatization and privatization of low-profitable, unprofitable and economically insolvent companies according to appendix 2 *;

Government commission concerning bankruptcy and sanitation of the companies (Azimov R.) together with the State Property Committee, the Ministry of macroeconomic and statistics, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Committee on cases on economic insolvency of the companies, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, associations, corporations, the companies, economic associations and the companies in two weeks to approve package of measures for restructuring and strengthening of financial position of unprofitable, economically insolvent large industrial enterprises according to appendix No. 4 * and to provide permanent monitoring of the course of their accomplishment.
