About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017

Based on part (10) Art. 132-4 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, on February 8, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes, and parts (20) Art. 14 of the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism of December 22, 2017. I order:

I. To change the instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 352 of September 28, 2017 as follows:

1) in item 8:

a) in the first and second paragraphs to exclude words "-the Agency of the state services";

b) in the fourth paragraph of the word "The agency of the state services" shall be replaced with words to "the structure authorized by the right of state registration";

2) in item 10:

a) in lit. A) "certificate" to replace the word with the word "decision";
