About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Republic of Armenia to it

being guided by Item 64 of appendix No. 3 to the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on October 10, 2014

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in Methodology of implementation of interstate transfer of electrical energy (capacity) between state members (appendix to the Protocol on ensuring access to services of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of power industry, including bases of pricing and tariff policy, being appendix No. 21 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the following changes:

1. Add Section 1 with Item 1.4 of the following content:

"1.4. In the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

1.4.1. Annual forecast amounts of MGP (further - EES of Armenia) are determined by electric utility system of the Republic of Armenia by the organization authorized on the MGP organization (further - the system operator of EES of Armenia), based on the request.

1.4.2. The application for the forthcoming calendar year is submitted no later than April 1 of prior year. In the request the annual amount of MGP with breakdown on months and specifying of points of receiving and delivery of electrical energy on border of the Republic of Armenia is specified.
