About modification of the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods

According to items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods (appendix No. 15 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30), the following changes:

a) to add Item 5 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices are included in structure of the onboard equipment of air, water vessels;";

b) in the subitem "v" of Item 9:

exclude the words "as a part of the onboard equipment of air, ocean (river) ships, and also";

replace the words "sea (river)" with the word "water".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
