About classification of semitrailer truck-kormovoza according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

consisting of the chassis on which the metal reservoir of cylindrical form (tank) divided into compartments, having the hatches which are closed metal covers via which loading is made in the upper part is established;

equipped in the lower part of reservoir with the horizontal screw (in the form of the screw with blades) which is consistently uniting with vertical upper (outside) and tail (sliding) the screws intended for unloading of the transported forages and agricultural loads unpacked (in bulk)

- according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 it is classified in subline item of 8716 31000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of March 2, 2011 No. 556 "About classification of semitrailer truck-kormovoza self-dumping".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
