About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries"

Being guided by Item 11 of part 1 of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries" (Collection of the Legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 5, Article 309; 2009, No. 7, Article 517; 2016, No. 3, Article 422; 2017, No. 2, Article 144; 2018, No. 2, Article 154) following changes:

1. under Article 2:

1.1. remove the word "form" from Article 2.0.2;

1.2. add in Article 2.0.11 before the word "in lottery" of the word "the reached 18 years, voluntarily";

1.3. replace in Article 2.0.15 point with semicolon and add Articles 2.0.16 and 2.0.17 of the following content:

"2.0.16. electronic lottery - lottery in case of which distribution of lottery tickets and draw of prize funds between participants of lottery is performed by the organizer of lottery through information systems and networks, irrespective of form of carrying out lottery;

2.0.17. civil faultlessness - lack of criminal record for heavy or especially serious crimes against property and economic activity, lack of the ban on occupation of the corresponding position imposed by the judgment or professional activity.".

2. State Article 3.2.4 in the following edition:

"3.2.4. determination of procedure of control in connection with the organization and carrying out lottery;".

3. Under Article 4:

3.1. add the second offer of the following content to Article 4.5:

"The stimulating lotteries are carried out only in drawing form.";
