in the Instruction of use of technical means for fixing of the facts of making of criminal and administrative offenses and actions of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Procedure for issue, accounting and data storage of audiovideo fixing.";

"7. The division manager of Department of Internal Affairs (military unit of NG) designates the responsible person which makes change of date and time, resolves video, removal, copying, acceptance, unloading and storage of records, and also viewing and the analysis of the made records. At the same time on the server of data storage the special password which is known only by the responsible person and the head (commander) of division of Department of Internal Affairs (military unit of NG) is established.";
