Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About providing the rights and freedoms of persons containing in places of detention" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 7, Article 641; 2014, No. 4, Article 347, No. 7, Article 767; 2016, No. 6, Article 987):
1. in Article 48.2.2 after the words "in case of completion" to add with the words "and if the deadline of detention is not prolonged according to the procedure, provided in Articles 159.8-159.10 of the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic".
2. Add with Article 48.2.2-1 of the following content:
"48.2.2-1. in case of the completion of term of the detention extended according to the procedure, provided in Articles 159.8-159.10 of the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic;".
