About modification of the Regulations on appointment and payment of daily benefit for children approved by the Order of the Government No. 378/2018

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on appointment and payment of daily benefit for children approved by the Order of the Government No. 378/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 133-141, 420) to make the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of the word "In Day" "In addition to daily benefit benefits in day are established and paid", and the text "daily benefits are established and paid in the increased size" to exclude;

The word "cash" to exclude 2) in Item 11;

Appendix No. 1 to add 3) with the following line item:

2. For children who before date of publication of this resolution received daily benefits in the amount of 10 lei, 100 lei and, respectively, 70 lei, to the supplier of service to make recalculation of the paid benefit, according to the changes made to appendix No. 1 to the specified Provision since April 1, 2019.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
