Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2019 No. 187 "About separate categories of the foreign citizens and stateless persons having the right to file applications for admission in citizenship of the Russian Federation in the simplified procedure" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 18, of the Art. 2226) the following changes:

b) third the subitem "b" of item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the document confirming permanent residence in the territories of Donetsk or Luhansk region of Ukraine as of April 7, 2014 and on April 27, 2014 respectively, with mark about registration at the place of residence in these territories, including issued by the bodies which are actually operating in the territories of certain regions of the called areas. Submission of such document is not required if these data contain in the identity document;".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
