In Item 19 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the competence certificate of the corporate managing director approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition of January 11, 2016 No. No. 110, 01/03-26/29 (рег. No. 2755 of January 28, 2016) (2016, No. 4, the Art. 39) words of "the minimum size of the salary" shall be replaced with words collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan "the basic settlement size".
2. This resolution is approved with the Republican higher school of business and management of Abu Raykhan Beruni under the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
