"Article 9-1. Electronic registration of the changes made to constituent documents of limited liability company, and also subsequent changes of the registered facts

9-1.1. For electronic registration of each change made to constituent documents of limited liability company (except as specified changes in result of reorganization), and also each subsequent change of the registered facts, the appeal to relevant organ of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic can be made. If change does not contradict requirements of articles 5-1.5 and 11.3 of this Law, the relevant organ of the executive authority registers change within 3 days.

9-1.2. In case of the address the application form electronically placed on Internet resource of relevant organ of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic to the statement is filled in the scanned copy of the documents confirming change joins and certified by the strengthened digital signature.

9-1.3. In case of registration of change of the legal representative (legal representatives) the statement is certified by the strengthened digital signature, both the founder (founders), and the legal representative (legal representatives).
