About modification and amendments in some orders of the State Tax Administration of the Republic of Moldova

In pursuance of provisions of the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827-XIV of February 18, 2000 (in edition of the Law No. 288 of December 15, 2017, in force since January 1, 2018), and also based on the item 8) h (1) to Art. 133 and Art. 187 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), taking into account subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Change and add:

1) the Order on approval of standard forms of tax reports on collection for mobile services and in additional obligatory fare from sale of foreign currency by means of currency cashes, and also instructions for their filling and representation No. 514 of September 7, 2007 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 146-148, 542) as follows:

a) in all text of the order "from sale of foreign currency by means of currency cashes" to replace the text with the text "from sale of cash foreign currency and travel checks in foreign currency in exchange currency cashes and in the licensed banks performing cash exchange currency transactions with physical persons including by means of foreign exchange devices";

b) in appendices to the order to "No. 1398-ST "Moldova-Standart" approved and enacted from 3.09.2003 by the Resolution of department of 3.09.2003" to exclude the text;

c) in appendix No. 3 to the order, ".raspolagayushchy currency cash desk(s)" and "in exchange currency cashes" to add phrases with the words "and/or foreign exchange devices", in the corresponding case, and "according to the Order GGNI No. 222 of December 13, 2004"" to replace the text with the text "according to the Order GNS No. 352 of 28.09.2017"";
