About procedure for withdrawal of cargo customs declarations

1. To the customs authorities which adopted cargo customs declarations to customs clearance (further - GTD):

1.1. Make withdrawal of GTD according to the motivated written address of the customs applicant which is subject to consideration no more than two working days in time.

At the same time the decision on withdrawal of GTD is drawn up in writing and signed by the chief of customs authority or replacement his face.

The GTD filled with the customs broker, but not accepted by customs authority to customs clearance are not subject to response.

1.2. To make withdrawal of GTD:

a) before release of goods (in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic) in the case specified in item 4 of Article 295 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic;

b) before the actual commodity exportation out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic (in case of commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic) in the cases specified in Item 5 of Article 295 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.3. Notify the customs applicant, the customs broker and the State customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on withdrawal of GTD in time no later than the working day following behind day of decision making.
